Our organic vineyard is located in one of the best terroir in the world, which defines the expression of the wine´s characteristics. The harvest is done in a traditional manner, fully harvested by hand, there are no secrets, nor magic recipes, everything is based on the quality of the grapes, the soil, the organic ecosystem and the climate.

The wine cellar
Our winery is immersed and integrated with nature. It was designed and built following said principle, using surrounding materials, such as stones and magmatic rocks, as well as restored demolition timber.
IT CONTAINS 8 CONCRETE VATS, FILLED BY MEANS OF GRAVITY.
